We’re a locally owned business committed to making your rental experience simple, fast, and stress-free. To keep offering excellent service at competitive prices, please review and agree to the following guidelines before booking.

📌 HOW TO BOOK A DUMPSTER

✅ To confirm your booking, reply “OK” via text message.

✅ Payment is required at the time of booking. No payment = no scheduled service.

💳 Payment Options:

• Zelle: 980-777-9292 (under “Yellow Box Dumpster”)

• Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay: Payment link will be provided

🗑️ DUMPSTER DETAILS & PRICING

• Size: 12-yard dumpster (7x12x4 ft)

• Rental Options:

• 3 days: $290

• 7 days: $360

• Extra days: $20/day

• ⚖️ Weight Limit: 1.5 tons

• 📈 Overweight Fee: $75 per extra ton (with scale photo provided)

🚛 DELIVERY & PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

• 🕗 Delivery Window: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. You’ll get a 15-minute heads-up text before arrival.

• 📍 Placement: Let us know where to place the dumpster. If not, we’ll choose a convenient spot.

• 🔁 Repositioning: $25 fee per move if requested after drop-off.

• 🚫 Pickup Access: Make sure the dumpster is not blocked. $50 fee applies if we can’t pick it up.

🚫 PROHIBITED & SPECIAL ITEMS

Do NOT dispose of:

• Dirt, bricks, concrete, toxic/hazardous materials → They will be left behind

• Do not mix construction or household with landscaping materials

🛞 Special Items:

• Tires: $10 each

• 🛏️ Mattresses: $20 each

⏳ RENTAL EXTENSIONS

Request at least 24 hours in advance to extend your rental. If not, pickup will occur as scheduled — no exceptions.

❌ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or credit

• Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable

🌧️ WEATHER & ACCESS POLICY

• In case of heavy rain, snow, or severe weather, Yellow Box may reschedule for safety.

• Make sure we have clear access to deliver. Otherwise, $50 failed delivery fee applies.

🏠 PROPERTY DAMAGE DISCLAIMER

• Yellow Box is not responsible for damage to lawns, sidewalks, or driveways if you choose the placement.

• Tip: Place plywood or boards to protect the ground!

📸 PHOTO DOCUMENTATION

Photos will be taken at drop-off and pickup for your peace of mind and ours.

⚖️ LEGAL PROTECTIONS

• Unauthorized Use: Dumping in a dumpster not assigned to you is illegal. Fines from $50–$250 apply. (§ 9-3 Oxford, NC Code)

• Hazardous Waste: Follow state laws (NC General Statutes – Chapter 130A Article 9). Fines or legal action may apply.

⏱️ DRIVER WAIT TIME FEE

If the driver arrives and you’re not ready, a $25 fee per 15 minutes applies.
