To continue providing excellent service at competitive prices, please review and agree to the following policies before booking.

📌 How to Reserve a Dumpster

✅ To confirm your reservation, reply “OK” by text message.

✅ Payment is required at the time of booking. Without payment, service will not be scheduled.

Payment options:

* Zelle: 980-777-9292 (under the name “Yellow Box Dumpster”)

* Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay: Payment link available upon request

🗑️ Dumpster Details & Pricing

* Size: 12 yards (7x12x4 feet)

* Rental options:

 * 3 days: $295

 * 7 days: $360

 * Extra days: $20 per day

* ⚖️ Weight limit: 1.5 tons

* 📈 Overweight fee: $75 per additional ton (receipt will be provided)

🚛 Delivery & Pick-Up

* 🕗 Delivery hours: Between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You’ll receive a message 15 minutes before arrival.

* 📍 Placement: Let us know in advance where to place the dumpster. If not, we’ll place it in the most convenient spot.

* 🔁 Relocation: If you want to move the dumpster after delivery, a $25 fee will apply.

* 🚫 Blocked access: If we cannot pick up the dumpster and you don’t respond, a $50 fee will be charged.

🚫 Prohibited & Special Items

Not allowed:

* Dirt, bricks, concrete, toxic or hazardous materials → These will be left on your property.

Special items:

* 🛞 Tires: $10 each

📋 Additional Fees

* Extra day: $20

* Overweight: $75/ton

* Tires: $10 each

* Dumpster relocation: $25

* Failed delivery/pick-up: $50

* Driver wait time: $25 per 15 minutes

* Open dumpster door at pickup: $100

* Unauthorized movement or damage: $750

⏳ Rental Extensions

Request extensions at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up.

If not requested, the dumpster will be picked up as scheduled.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

* More than 24 hours in advance: Full refund or credit

* Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable

🌧️ Weather & Access

In the case of severe weather, Yellow Box may reschedule without penalty.

The customer must ensure clear access to the delivery area. If the truck can’t access the site, a $50 fee will apply.

🏠 Property Damage

Yellow Box is not responsible for property damage if the customer requests a specific placement location.

Tip: Place wood or boards under the dumpster to protect your surface.

📸 Photo Proof

Photos will be taken at both delivery and pick-up for your peace of mind and ours.

⚖️ Legal Notice

* It is illegal for others to dump trash into a dumpster that is not theirs. Fines range from $50 to $250.

* Disposing of hazardous materials is prohibited under NC law (Chapter 130A Article 9).

⏱️ Driver Wait Time

If the driver must wait because you’re not ready, a $25 fee will apply for every 15 minutes.
